Reservation deposit is £40 per room, or room rate if lower, by credit card (non-refundable).

Deposits, which guarantee your booking for late arrival, cover the whole of your booking and are not refundable.

In event of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the outstanding
booking Friday and Saturday nights cannot be cancelled on their own when booked together.

Our self-catering apartment is available during the period October to March inclusive, bookings for self-catering are only made
on a weekly basis, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.

All bank holiday periods are £40 per person per night, for a 3 night minimum stay, also Weekend bookings are for a two night
minimum except during winter.

Children up to age 11 sharing parents room are charged at half rate. Children from age 2 to 5 sharing parents room are
£10 per child, per night. Children under age 2 go free. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

There is No surcharge for credit cards except American Express (2% will be added).

The Fairfield is not able to accept responsibility for guests possessions, vehicles and money.

Dogs are welcome but please advise us when booking to ensure the room is suitable.

There is no additional charge for those requiring the use of our disabled access accommodation, but please do
explain your requirements to us at the time of booking so that we can ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
